Refund policy

We want you to love your patches and stickers! Please note the following:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
  • If your order is damaged in shipping, please provide photo evidence of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
  • USPS shipping includes insurance coverage. For damaged items, please file a claim with USPS. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement package at no extra cost.
  • Items that are used, altered, or destroyed without proof of shipping damage are not eligible for replacement.
